A: there are multiple ways to contact a chef listed on the site. When viewing their listing, you can click the “send enquiry” option located on the right hand side of their listing. That will pull up a contact for that when sent will go to the email address they have on file with us. You can call them with the contact phone number they provide in their listing, or you can click “website” located under their address which will take you to their website (if they provide us with their link) and can use whatever contact options they may have available on their site.

A: No, hawaiichefs.com is simply a listing service for private chefs and caters. They are not employees of hawaiichefs.com and any business conducted with a private chef or caterer listed on this site is strictly between you and the chef/caterer. We offer no guarantee of the services they provide their customers and accept no liability for any services they provide or discrepancies that may result from hiring a chef/caterer listed on the site (we will also not take credit for the amazing food and service they will likely provide).

A: To create a listing you need to have an account with us. To create an account you can use the “new user? Register now” option located on the right hand side of the home page under the “Sign In or Sign Up” heading. Or, you can click on “create a listing” which will forward you to a page with a “create your listing now” button at the bottom of the page. Clicking this will prompt you to sign in to your account (or sign up if you do not have an account). Once signed in to your account
Click the create your listing now button one more time which will take you into your account. Simply click the “add a listing button” under the My Account heading and fill out all your information to create your listing.
Q: What forms of payment are accepted and how are payments for listings processed.
A: We accept payment using most major credit cards. All payments are processed through Paypal, although you DO NOT need a PayPal account to make a payment.

A: sign into your account, click add listing now option and you will be taken to your account dashboard where you can edit your profile/listings.
